Tis’ the season to be jolly! This dip is one of my all time favorites, it is super simple and very tasty. Although it is not the best for your waist line but my motto is: Eat A Little of Everything and Never A Lot of One Thing. I think everything in moderation is the best. Well, here is the artichoke dip recipe that has been floating around my family for as long as I can remember.
1, 14 ounce can of Quartered Artichokes- drained
1 Cup mayonnaise
1 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F)
Spray a casserole dish, set aside
In a large bowl add drained artichokes, 1 C mayo, 1 C parm cheese. Stir well (with a fork) and break up the artichokes.
Put into your casserole dish
Bake for 45 minutes or until top turns golden brown
Serve with GF crackers or bread.
