Yesterday was our Son’s first Halloween. Although it was quiet and we had absolutely no trick or treators we had a blast! It was such a nice time filled with lots of chocolate and candy. I had chili in the crockpot and cornbread in the oven.
Here’s a trick to make your cornbread out of this world. I used Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free cornbread mix and I followed the directions in the package but I added a can of creamed corn! What an amazing difference in texture, flavor and consistency. I recommend you add this to any cornbread mix!
