Udi’s Multigrain Gluten Free Bread Review

UdisA sandwich is something many of us Celiacs’ miss… No, a good gluten free sandwich is something we miss. Well, miss no more my Yummies!! Udi’s has a wonderful bread that is satisfying and stays together when you make a sandwich. The best way to eat this is right away. It does last if you pack a lunch but is best served warmed up. I’ve learned that keeping it in the refrigerator and warming up in a moist paper towel for 30 seconds makes the PERFECT bread for sandwiches! This bread is not dry or gritty, it doesn’t have a funny flavor or texture. It is, in my opinion the best bread to have. It makes amazing toasted cheese sandwich, great french toast or simply, a great turkey sandwich 🙂
