1C Brown Sugar**
1C Peanut Butter (creamy)
1 1/4 TSP Baking Soda
Preheat Oven 350, grease cookie pan
Combine all ingredients into a bowl mix well. Fold in white chocolate chips. Spoon 1TSP of dough onto greased cookie sheet spacing 1 inch apart!
Bake for 8-10 minutes
**I’ve made these cookies before and I couldn’t remember if I used the light brown sugar or dark brown sugar. I honestly think it depends on your mood! The light brown sugar have a mild taste where the dark brown sugar have a more refined, hardy flavor! In this photo, here I used the light brown sugar!
